Creative Peace Corner policies.
All Creative Peace Corner generators and other digital products provide immediate access after purchase. For that reason, every digital-product purchase is final and non-refundable.
Digital products
No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations are offered for digital products. This applies to every current and future Creative Peace Corner generator and to all other products delivered digitally.
The final-sale policy is displayed before checkout. By completing a digital-product purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
An access or delivery problem does not change the final-sale policy. Creative Peace Corner will provide reasonable assistance to help the customer access the digital product purchased.
Physical products
Refund requests for physical products are considered individually and are not guaranteed. Any approved resolution is determined by Creative Peace Corner based on the circumstances of the order.
Customer support
If you experience a delivery or access issue, email info@creativepeacecorner.com using the email address connected to the purchase. Include your name, product name, and Payhip order or receipt number.
Privacy
Purchase verification information is used only to confirm access, maintain the customer account, and provide support. An email address provided for a purchase, account, support request, or contact message is not automatically added to marketing emails.
Customers receive Creative Peace Corner product news, special offers, creative tips, and business updates only after choosing to subscribe. Marketing subscriptions are managed through MailerLite, and subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each marketing email.
Freemium Generator access
The Freemium Generator is offered as a benefit of joining the CPC Creative Community. Before access is granted, an adult visitor must provide their name and email address and actively select the required consent checkbox agreeing to receive CPC product launches, special offers, creative tips, and business updates.
The consent box is not selected in advance. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages but does not revoke Freemium Generator access already granted.
