How do I receive my generator?＋
Create or sign in to your CPC account using the same email address used for the Payhip purchase. Your generator will unlock automatically inside Design Studio™.
Can I receive a refund for a generator or digital product?＋
No. All generators and other digital products provide immediate access and are final sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits are offered.
What if I have trouble accessing my digital purchase?＋
Email info@creativepeacecorner.com with your name, purchase email, product name, and Payhip order or receipt number. CPC will help resolve the access issue.
Are physical-product refunds handled differently?＋
Yes. Refund requests involving physical products are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Is this a subscription?＋
Products marked lifetime access require one payment and do not include a monthly subscription.
Can I use the generator on my phone?＋
The website is responsive, though larger generators are usually easiest to use on a computer or tablet.
